Therapy to Get Back on Track

Relationships. Work. Purpose. Let’s Sort It Out.

This isn’t therapy where we just talk in circles.

For 20 years, I’ve worked with people who are tired of feeling stuck, ashamed, and disconnected — from themselves, from their partners, and from the life they want.

Through curiosity, humor, and deep exploration, I guide clients toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling life. By creating a space free of judgment and full of clarity, I help people move beyond their struggles and into a life that feels more authentic, connected, and alive.

What brings people here...

You keep repeating the same conflicts—or avoid them completely

Shame, disconnection, or self-doubt interfer with connection

You’re struggling with sexual behavior or patterns you don’t fully understand

After therapy, you might feel...

Less ruled by shame or old patterns and more in charge of your responses

Making sense of your sexual behavior without judgment or labels

More grounded, honest, and connected — in your relationships and within yourself

Hi, I'm David.

You’re smart. You’re capable. Maybe you’re successful in a lot of ways. But something still isn’t clicking. You feel disconnected—from yourself, from your relationships, from a sense of clarity or peace. You’ve tried to push through, make changes, or even just "suck it up," but the same patterns keep coming back.

I get it. Change is hard—not just because it requires effort, but because it asks us to see ourselves differently. And that can be terrifying. My job isn’t just to give you tools (though I have plenty). It’s to help you understand why change feels so damn hard—and to do it anyway, with clarity, compassion, and maybe even a little humor.

My path to therapy wasn’t linear. After a career in the music industry, I realized my real passion wasn’t just about sound—it was about the way people communicate, the way we understand ourselves and each other. That led me to earn two master’s degrees and eventually a PhD, focusing on the intersection of shame and intimate communication. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from high-achieving professionals to those struggling with deeply personal issues around sexuality, self-worth, and relationships. Through it all, I’ve learned that the most profound changes happen when we move past shame and into curiosity—when we stop seeing ourselves as broken and start understanding the real reasons behind our struggles.

If you’re ready to explore, question, and shift the way you see yourself and your place in the world, let’s talk.
